Alan comes to Executive Advisory work with 20+ years of experience in operations management where his hallmark was developing highly motivated direct reports and their teams. He currently teaches managers how to coach at the NYU School of Leadership.
His style of creating dialogue helps clients discover and become accountable for critical changes they must make to become more effective in dealing with others. Through his facilitation, his clients take ownership of their behaviors and take action for growing their talent.
Assignments involve CEO's and their staff who are willing to use a neutral confidante to enhance their leadership abilities.
Booth is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and has done advanced study of management, organizational development and technical programs such as thin film deposition physics.
He resides in Westport, CT, has two daughters and is a certified foody along with his wife.
